The base of this cream is carefully composed, selecting high quality ingredients. The cream contributes to the richness and creaminess of the cream, while the Pecorino Romano DOP, made with milk, salt and rennet, adds depth and complexity to the flavour. Whole milk and butter contribute to a velvety and inviting texture. But it is the Precious Black Truffle (Tuber Melanosporum Vitt.), present at 2%, that brings the true essence of luxury to this cream. The unmistakable aroma of black truffle blends beautifully with the intense flavor of pecorino, creating an extraordinary sensory experience. Corn starch is used to give stability to the cream, contributing to a uniform and pleasant texture on the palate.

How to use: To optimally exploit the qualities of the product, we recommend using a quantity of 35/40 g of product per person, tossing it together with the pasta directly in the pan. If desired, add parmesan. It is ideal as a condiment for crostini and first courses.
