Hummus chickpea with truffles

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 300 grams of bio dried chickpeas

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 50 g extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:

  1. Foreseeing the dried chickpeas, this recipe should be initiated well in advance. In fact, you need to first soak the chickpeas for 12 hours (changing the water from time to time).
