Flan potatoes and Black Truffle Cream

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 300g of boiled potatoes
  • 300g of fresh cream
  • Milk 200g
  • 5 eggs (medium size)
  • 30g flour 00
  • 50g parmesan
  • 90g Cream with Black Truffle

 

Preparation:

Place a pan of water on the bottom of the oven for humidifying the environment and heat the oven to 130 °.
 
Meanwhile, combine all the above ingredients in a bowl, mix and arrange the preparation in appropriate buttered molds.
 
Place the flan in the oven and bake for 50 minutes.
