Carpaccio of sea bream with truffle

Ingredients for 4 people

  • 12 slices of filet of premium bream
  • 1 peeled orange or lemon juice
  • 10 grams of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bunch of arugula
  • salt
  • 25 grams of truffle Carpaccio Bianchetto T & C

Preparation:

  1. The first thing to do is arrange the fillet slices of sea bream on a platter;
  2. Now prepare the citronette using the orange juice or lemon. Get the oil, add the juice, salt and pepper. Mix with an electric mixer or by hand until the ingredients are well blended together you and you will create a kind of thick sauce;
  3. Now use the citronette to season the slices of sea bream and place as you like carpaccio of white truffle;
  4. Now you just have to marinate the fish in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes and then serve everything garnished with a little ‘fresh rocket. Enjoy your meal!
